Getting Started & First Days

You’ll receive a comprehensive evaluation within the first 24 hours, allowing us to develop a personalized care and therapy plan tailored specifically to you. This ensures your care starts off in the right direction from day one.
Our clinical team is actively involved in your care from the start. A physician or nurse practitioner will evaluate you shortly after admission, and our providers continue to round regularly throughout your stay to ensure your care plan is progressing appropriately.
Therapy & Recovery
Patients receive therapy up to five days per week, depending on their individual needs and care plan. Each therapy program is customized to help you regain strength, mobility, and independence as efficiently and safely as possible.
Your initial evaluation allows our therapy team to fully understand your condition, goals, and abilities. From there, we create a structured plan designed to deliver the best possible outcomes—so every session is purposeful and effective.

Daily Life & Comfort

Dining & Nutrition
We offer three meals daily in our dining room, creating a welcoming, social environment that supports both nutrition and overall well-being.

Leaving the Facility Temporarily
Yes. With proper coordination and medical clearance, patients may leave the facility for short periods—such as attending a family event—and return the same day. Our team will work with you to ensure your care and therapy schedule stays on track.
